Israeli Military Conducts Dozens of Airstrikes in Yemen

U.S. news outlet Axios, citing an Israeli official, reported that the operation against Houthi positions was "exclusively an Israeli operation," though coordinated with Washington. Israeli media revealed that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister were directly involved in overseeing the mission.

Approximately 30 Israeli warplanes participated in the attacks, which included strikes on the port of Hodeidah and other strategic sites, Israel Hayom reported based on security sources. Additional strikes hit a cement factory in Bajil, Hodeidah governorate, though the full extent of damage remains unconfirmed.
